Right of withdrawal and consequences of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal for distance contracts in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB). If different, the statutory deadlines apply when the contract is concluded.
Consumers have the right to revoke their contractual declaration in accordance with the following cancellation policy.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one calendar month without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is one month from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not a carrier has taken possession of the goods.

and submit and revoke this contract. A form for this is not prescribed. But you can use the pattern below.
The withdrawal period is met if you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal within the withdrawal period.
If you revoke this contract, we must repay all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You have to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded, according to Section 312 g (2) No. 2 BGB of the German Civil Code.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in accordance with Section 312 g (2) No. 3 BGB of the German Civil Cod for contracts for the delivery of sealed or welded goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to the removal of the seal from the club grips and club heads applied as part of the Covid-19.
For orders placed between 01.12.23 and 16.12.23 (does not apply to purchases made via eBay), we grant a voluntary extended right of cancellation or exchange until 31.12.23. The prerequisite for the extended voluntary right of cancellation or exchange is that the goods are returned complete and without damage in the original sales packaging (sealing of club handles and club heads) by 31.12.23 (timely dispatch is sufficient). In the case of exchange / purchase reversal of products that have been offered with an addition, the product addition must be returned.
